Christy was born and raised in Gadsden, AL. Christy earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Jacksonville State University and her Master’s Degree in Education from the University of Alabama. Christy then received her Real Estate License from Auburn University. Christy has a son, daughter, and a one year old granddaughter. She attends Church of the Highlands. She is a member of The National Association of REALTOR® and has earned her C2EX and SFR certification.
She is the Executive Director of the Charlsie House, formerly the Love Center. She sits on multiple non-profit boards including Gadsden Runners Club, Man Up Gadsden, Never Surrender, Etowah County Community Thanksgiving, Man Up Gadsden Blue Ball. She is an Etowah County Chamber Ambassador, Loaned Executive for United Way, a member of Etowah County Homeless Coalition Task Force, Community Services of Etowah County. She is a past board member of Big Brothers Big Sisters and the Humane Society.
